How to Eat Me: I work perfectly when sliced and toasted with butter. My favorite is making French Toast.Β Yum!Β
How to Store Me: I stay nice and fresh on the counter for several days on a cutting board with the cut side down, but you can also put me in a ziplock bag and freeze me to keep me fresh for as long as you want!
You can also pre-slice me before I go in the freezer. You'll never know I wasn't baked that morning.
