Returns & Refunds
Because many Peanut Butter Baby Designs items are made to order, personalized, or custom-created, returns and exchanges are limited.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including style, size, color, quantity, personalization, and spelling.
Eligible Non-Custom Returns
Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in the same condition in which it was received
- returned in its original packaging when applicable

Personalized, Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Personalized and custom items are final sale unless PBBD made an error or the item arrives damaged.
Because many School Spirit items are produced specifically for each order, returns and size exchanges may also be limited. Please review the size chart before ordering and reach out if you have questions about fit.
Personalized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error by PBBD.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact PBBD as soon as possible.
Please include:
- your name
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos when applicable
If PBBD made an error, I’ll work with you to make it right.
Handmade & Color Variations
PBBD products are handmade or individually produced, so slight variations may occur.
Colors may also appear somewhat different depending on fabric, lighting, screen settings, or monitor displays.
Small handmade or color variations are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once materials have been ordered specifically for your project, personalization has begun, or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customer-approved special-order materials or design purchases remain the customer’s responsibility.
Longarm Quilting
Longarm quilting may be canceled before quilting begins.
Once quilting has started, the quilting service cannot be canceled.
If PBBD discovers an issue that could materially affect the finished quilt or increase the estimated cost, I will stop, document the concern, contact you, and receive approval before continuing.
Final payment is due before or at pickup, and quilts will not be released until payment is complete.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, PBBD will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a PBBD error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required because of an error by PBBD.
For higher-value returns, using a trackable shipping service and appropriate insurance is recommended.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
