Peanut Butter Baby Designs offers shipping and local pickup options depending on the product or service.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Many PBBD items are made to order.

Current turnaround times are listed on the applicable product or service page and may vary based on order volume, personalization, materials, and project type.

Turnaround time refers to the time needed to complete your order before shipping.

If an unexpected delay occurs, PBBD will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of PBBD’s direct control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for certain orders.

Pickup options and instructions will be provided at checkout or through order communication.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Fundraiser Orders

Fundraiser orders may include special pickup or group-distribution options.

Please review the fundraiser page and checkout options carefully, as pickup details may vary by fundraiser.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact PBBD as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, PBBD may not be able to redirect or recover the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact PBBD.

I’ll help review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

Claims involving carrier damage or loss may require photos, packaging information, or other documentation.

Longarm Quilting

Local longarm quilting intake and pickup are handled by appointment.

Standard intake/drop-off is in Eagle Lake.

Completed-quilt pickup at St. Clair State Bank may be available when arranged in advance.

Mail-in longarm quilting is not currently available.
