By using this website or placing an order with Peanut Butter Baby Designs, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Many PBBD products are handmade, personalized, custom-created, or made to order.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including:

  • Product style
  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Personalization
  • Spelling
  • Shipping or pickup information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun.

If PBBD made an error, please contact me so I can review the issue and make it right.

Product Availability

Products, garment styles, colors, sizes, materials, designs, and services are subject to availability.

PBBD may substitute, discontinue, limit, or remove products or options when necessary.

If a significant change affects an order already placed, PBBD will contact the customer before proceeding.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Fundraisers, soft-launch offers, featured portfolio specials, or other promotional pricing may have specific terms, deadlines, availability limits, or eligibility requirements.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Handmade & Product Variations

PBBD products are handmade or individually produced.

Small variations in:

  • placement
  • stitching
  • color
  • fabric
  • finish
  • sizing
  • appearance

may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on fabric, lighting, photography, screen settings, or monitor displays.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • order volume
  • personalization
  • material availability
  • project complexity
  • seasonal demand

PBBD makes every effort to provide realistic timelines and communicate if a significant delay occurs.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Customer-Supplied Items & Materials

For custom work or longarm quilting, customers may provide garments, quilt tops, backing, batting, fabric, or other materials.

PBBD is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage
  • weak seams
  • stains
  • worn fabric
  • construction issues
  • hidden defects
  • material incompatibility

unless the damage is caused directly by PBBD.

If an issue is discovered that may affect the project, PBBD may stop work and contact the customer before continuing.

Longarm Quilting

Longarm quilting services are also subject to PBBD’s separate Longarm Quilting Policies.

Those policies may include requirements related to:

  • quilt preparation
  • backing size
  • batting
  • thread
  • pantograph selection
  • payment
  • pickup
  • marketing permission
  • repairs
  • cancellation

If there is a conflict between these general Terms of Service and the Longarm Quilting Policies, the more specific Longarm Quilting Policy will apply to that service.

Right to Decline or Cancel Work

PBBD reserves the right to decline or cancel an order or service request when necessary.

This may include situations where:

  • the requested work is outside PBBD’s current capabilities
  • materials are unavailable
  • the project cannot be completed safely or appropriately
  • required information is missing
  • payment has not been completed
  • the project is not a good fit for PBBD

If PBBD cancels an order before production begins, any eligible payment will be refunded according to the applicable refund policy.

Special-Order Materials & Designs

Customer-approved special-order materials, garments, pantographs, supplies, or design purchases may remain the customer’s financial responsibility even if the overall project is later canceled.

Website Information

PBBD makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, photos, and website information accurate.

Occasional errors, outdated information, or technical issues may occur.

PBBD reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order when necessary.

If a correction materially affects an existing order, PBBD will contact the customer.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping and pickup are governed by PBBD’s separate Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and pickup information.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by PBBD’s separate Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, original product photography, PBBD-created graphics, written content, branding, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party artwork, licensed designs, school logos, trademarks, fonts, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer Communication

By placing an order or submitting a service request, customers agree that PBBD may contact them regarding:

  • order details
  • project questions
  • approvals
  • delays
  • pickup
  • shipping
  • payment
  • other information necessary to complete the order

Marketing communication is handled separately and may be opted into or out of where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

PBBD may update these Terms of Service as the business, website, or services change.

The version posted on the website at the time of an order will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required.
