Our Classic Sourdough Loaf with Roasted Garlic!
**INGREDIENTS**
Bread Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, Rice Flour (for shaping), Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic
Enjoy a loaf of Roasted Garlic country sourdough bread baked just for you!
How to Eat Me: I work perfectly when sliced for a sandwich (we LOVE it as a gooey grilled cheese!) or toasted with butter. Dip me in your favorite balsamic vinegar/oil. My favorite is toasted with brushetta. The options are limitless with this loaf!
How to Store Me: I stay nice and fresh on the counter for several days on a cutting board with the cut side down, but you can also put me in a ziplock back and freeze me to keep me fresh for as long as you want! To revive my crust just let me thaw on the counter for a few hours, wrap me in aluminum foil and pop me in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. You can also pre-slice me before I go in the freezer. You'll never know I wasn't baked that morning!
All loaves are made to order for you! Please schedule a pickup date and time at checkout. The loaves will be baked same day or one day prior. This allows for our 24hr fermentation time & perfectionism👌🏻✨

Every loaf is unique. Our Sourdough is about 1.5lbs (680g) before baking.

No pets or smoking in our place of business. We only use safe & non-toxic cleaning ingredients on our work areas and equipment.
